Surface roughness measurement
The surface to be inspected is scanned over a certain length using the profile-based inspection method and the stylus method according to ISO 3274 and the roughness is recorded as a surface profile chart.
From the digitally recorded data, parameters such as the average surface roughness value Ra, the average maximum height Rz, etc. are determined and parameter curves are displayed.
