Dye penetrant testing (PT)

Dye penetrant testing, also known as fluorescent penetrant testing, crack testing or red-white testing, is a non-destructive material and component test and is used to detect and size defects that are open to the surface, such as cracks, pores, material separations, etc. The test procedure can be used for non-magnetic metals and non-metallic materials. 

Depending on the selected sensitivity level, the smallest surface indications can be detected.
